The Situation
A large master bedroom in a modern detached house. Two windows need curtains and a matching bedspread is also required. The first step was to request a free home visit from the local Plumbs Home Consultant

The local Plumbs consultant offers a wealth of advice and ideas. Mrs. Stacey received a free no obligation quote which included measuring and fitting. With hundreds of fabrics to choose from, she eventually decided to ‘go gold’

The Measure
Professional measuring is a vital aspect of the Plumbs service. Many people are worried about making a mistake. So it makes sense to let Plumbs do the work for you. The measurer will ask you exactly where you want the curtains to drop to. Mrs. Stacey’s request is to the floor.

The Manufacture
The fabric for Mrs. Stacey’ bedroom curtains is ready for cutting. A mechanised rotor cutter with a very fine blade is used for precision.
Mrs. Stacey has also ordered a matching bedspread so this is cut at the same time and from the same roll of fabric. This ensures perfect colour matching.
The Fit
When the curtains are ready they are sent back to the Plumbs Consultant who will arrange to come and fit at a convenient time.
Plumbs consultant does everything for you including fitting the hooks, hanging to the right length and attaching any pelmets ordered.
The bedroom looks transformed. It’s hard to believe that it’s just a short while ago when Mrs. Stacey was choosing her fabric.
