The first Sanderson fabric range of printed cottons was produced in 1919. Today it includes a range of printed designs on cotton, linen and silk, sheers and a wide range of plains suitable for curtains, upholstery and soft furnishings. The Sanderson archive houses are one of the most important collections of historical fabrics in the UK and are constantly used by the designers as a source of inspiration for new collections.
Aiva Sanderson, Managing Director, said: “As our business continues to grow with Plumbs, our challenge is to supply all manner of designs and styles on totally easy-care and hard-wearing base cloths, offering unparalleled quality to Plumbs bespoke customers.”
