Your home consultant will initally measure with a follow up from one of our experienced fitters once your order is ready.

You will be contacted by the fitter or consultant directly to arrange a fitting appointment time which is suitable for you.

Yes, our fitters are experienced in commercial and domestic installations.

No, our service guarantee only covers products we supply.

No, if a batten needs to be installed/removed this must be done separately before any of our products are fitted.

All curtain products carry a 3 year guarantee. Tracks/poles/blinds are guaranteed for 12 months.

Minor remedial work will be done where necessary (filling/drilling holes). If it is more extensive, this work will need to be arranged by the customer.

Eyelet curtains are only recommended for our 28mm metal poles. They’re not available on 35mm metal poles or any of our wooden range.

Tracks, poles and blinds must be fitted to robust solid surfaces. Conservatory frames are typically hollow and are not always suitable.
